We think our website is quick and simple to use. In case you're feeling differently, here are the solutions to problems customers sometimes have when using our site:

Changing Quantities/Items
Go to 'View Basket' on the left hand side of the screen. This page will show you what is in your shopping basket. To amend something please change the quantity in the box and press update basket.

User Accounts
User accounts are optional, the advantage they have is that they retain your address and payment details making future orders quicker.
If you are making your first purchase ignore the log in details.
If you would like to set up an account there is a check box just beneath your address details asking you if you would like to set up account.
Please note that if you have an account you will not be able to purchase unless your logged in as your email address will be linked to your account.

'Cancelled' Orders
When you place an order you might get a 'cancelled' notice instead of a confirmation number. The 'cancelled' notice means that your card has either been declined, the cvv number you've given is wrong, or more probably, that the billing address you've provided does not match the address that your bank has on record for you. If you receive a 'cancelled' notice please email us including your full name and email address you have used and we can investigate.

Ordering Offline
A free mail order brochure is available on request if you would like to order offline, although it does not feature every item on the site.

You can order by telephone on 0845 430 8743 (overseas +44 845 430 8743) or by fax on 0870 762 3751 (overseas +44 870 762 3751).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Solo.

If you would prefer to pay by British cheque or postal order you can also order by mail. Please refer to our Shipping Fees page to calculate the correct postage fees. Cheques should be made payable to What Katie Did and mailed to: What Katie Did, Unit 8, The Old Mill, 61 Reading Road, Pangbourne, Berkshire, RG8 7HY, UK. If you are paying by cheque orders will he held for five days to allow for clearance.
