Angela Ryan is back again! This time she looks spectacular in our Marlene Bullet Bra, Garter Belt and Knickers for Retro Lovely's taboo edition.
Our Marlene range was launched for SS12 and was inspired by a vintage girdle I picked up in a Plymouth charity shop for £1.50! It had great stitching detailing but was all in tearose cotton so the design didn't stand out. We revamped the girdle making it in striking peach and black satin. The suspender belt is also taken from a 1950s design - most suspender belts in the 1950s had four straps and they managed quite nicely keeping their seams straight! It's only in the last 15 years that 6 strap suspender belts have become more popular amongst serious stocking wearers.
