Design Your Own Corset

What Katie Did corsets are all made by hand, by once corsetier from start to finish. This means it's really not much trouble to add a frill or waistband to style, and something that we have offered quietly as a special service. We're now thrilled to launch our 'design your own corset' feature to everyone. With over 1,000,000 combinations it's taken a little longer then expected, but we felt if you're going to do something you should do it properly!

The corsets in this section will be made specifically for you, to your specifications, and as such are not returnable (unless due to a manufacturing fault) so we advise you only to place an order if you are familiar with the cut of our corsets.

Please note that your corset will take 3-4 weeks to make plus shipping time.

1. Select Style

We have designed a variety of corset shapes to suit different figures. Full product descriptions and sizing notes can be found on our Classic Overbust and Classic Underbust Corset pages. Please ensure you have read these closely before ordering.

2. Select Size

To determine your corset size you need to deduct several inches from your waist. The exact amount depends on the corset you have selected. Please refer to the sizing information on our Classic Overbust and Classic Underbust Corset pages.

3. Select Busk

Optional. Our corsets come with a standard straight busk. If you would like to upgrade to a Victorian style spoon busk please select this option. It is not possible to have a spoon busk on our Baby, Antoinette or Extreme Antoinette corsets.

4. Select Main Colour

Choose the main (or background) colour for your corset.

5. Select Overlay

Optional. Choose from a black rose lace overlay (as seen on our Pigalle Corsets) or sheer net (as seen on our Showgirl Antoinette Corset).

6. Select Overboning Colour

Optional. The vertical strips covering the boning channels which we use on most of our corsets to add strength. Please note that double boning is used on our Morticia and Sophia corsets so the overboning will be double width. We don't recommend same colour overboning for white, cream or peach corsets.

7. Select Overboning Overlay

Once you've selected the base colour for your overboning you have the option of adding a lace or net overlay.
