We had big hopes for the new issue of V magazine as we'd been told that lots of our lingerie had been used. I don't know what went wrong but unfortunately the only piece that ended up being featured was our CC09 bra. We can't really complain though as we're still swooning from the Lara Stone pics in the Fall issue!

I've been a long time fan of Kiss Me Deadly's Vargas, a combination waist cincher and girdle which is cut saucily high over the bottom. Why didn't I think of that? Luckily we're not like some other vintage lingerie companies one of whom has been very 'heavily inspired' by Kiss Me Deadly's version. It has to be said that wearing stockings in the cold British winters is for die-hards only. Luckily Kriss Soonik has come to the rescue with a cosy black turtleneck with suspenders! As a fan of WKD you'll already be aware that independent brands offer something different from the general high street blurgh and over the last few years lots of new brands have appeared that you might not be aware of. With Valentine's Day fast approaching we decided it was a perfect time to introduce you to some of the most cutting edge lingerie brands on the market today.

I'm going to keep the names of the brands secret at the moment (although if you really can't wait you can find out a little more over at The Lingerie Addict) but the picture below will give you a clue as to the kind of lingerie that will be featured. Starting on Monday we'll be introducing a brand every day, letting you know our favourite piece from their collections.
